After making the payment, you will receive an automatic (non-binding) email indicating that the order has been paid for. Such payment will only be effectively confirmed when proven by the entity to which you made the payment. In case of doubt, proof of payment may be required.

After payment confirmation, orders are processed within a maximum of 24 hours (on working days, that is, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays).

For mainland Portugal, the estimated delivery time by CTT may occur up to 05 (five working days) after dispatch from our facilities.

For the archipelago of Madeira and the Azores, the deadline will be according to the selected transport service.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays and outside the national territory.

For other countries in Europe, the deadline is generally up to 07 (seven working days).

For mainland Portugal and islands the standard shipments of items ordered online are made via CTT - Correios de Portugal by regular mail (not trackable).

Note: The Cicero Store reserves the right to non-compensation in cases of loss, theft or damage of unregistered shipments, as well as in case of delayed deliveries.

Expresso shipments to Mainland Portugal, Madeira, Azores and International are made by CTT Expresso, via CTT - Correios de Portugal. The estimated delivery time for Mainland Portugal and Spain is up to 04 (four business days).

The standard shipping cost for an order to mainland Portugal is € 3.50.

For the archipelago of Madeira and the Azores, the cost depends on the selected logistics service. The transport service by sea, will cost 6.90 € and, by air 11.90 €. In order to use this service, you will have to guarantee presence at your home, to receive your order, under penalty of it being returned and there will be a postage charge.

Express shipments to Mainland Portugal will cost 4.60 €, and to Spain 5.39 €.

If you did not receive the confirmation email, this could have happened for several reasons: the address provided was incorrect, the email server sent the message directly to your spam box or some kind of technical problem on our part when sending the confirmation email.

However, you will receive your order without any problem.

In general, orders are processed by us within 24 hours (working days) and, from the moment they are dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an SMS message (if you have provided your mobile phone number) realizing that your order was collected by CTT.

Yes, it is enough for you to contact us through contacto@cicerostore.com with the order data and / or your invoice-receipt number.

Our answer will tell you what steps to take. Don't forget, you only have 14 days to return the order.

Attention, to make a return, it is very important that the product arrives properly identified, packaged and without any trace of use to our warehouse.


At the time of delivery / collection of the order, by signing the transport / collection form you are confirming the receipt of the goods and its good condition. It is very important that you confirm the good condition of the outer packaging when receiving the product. Any anomalies must appear on the delivery / pickup confirmation slip.

If the packaging is damaged, you must refuse the object, or in the transport / lifting slip, mention in the field of observations “subject to verification” or “object with signs of being damaged”. The opening of the packages can only happen after acceptance of the delivery.

If you receive an item other than the one you ordered, please contact us at contacto@cicerostore.com and send us a photo (s) of the item (s), your order details and / or invoice-receipt number. In order to make the process faster, in the subject of the e-mail, indicate the order number / invoice-receipt number.

You can request delivery of your order to a residential / commercial address, or pick up at one of the more than 1,000 points of the CTT network.

Orders are delivered during working hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

You will receive an email confirming the shipment as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Our shipments are made by the carrier CTT. Someone must be at the delivery address to receive your order and sign the respective proof. If no one is at the delivery address, the order will be delivered to a CTT point (in the same region).
